Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
The return request is made within a reasonable time after receiving the product
The item is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)

Once a return request is approved and the product is received by us, the refund process will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as per company policy. In some cases, refunds may be issued as wallet balance or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
